We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
We conduct a background check and a drug screening prior to offer.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

All FCA Specialty tools including scanners and laptops. Technicians are expected to have their own tools and tool box. Tools are available for Lube Techs to use.

Techs send parts request through CDK, Advisors sell work and approve when parts are ready, work is dispatched through foreman.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
We have a family-like atmosphere and are a drama-free shop.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.
