  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    Heated

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    We have 18 technicians and 4 service advisors.

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays are a 3 week rotation.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    All tools and equipment required by the manufacture. Every technician has their own laptop supplied by dealer. For apprentice technicians we offer a complete starter tool kit at no cost to the technician. Value of tool kit and cart is $5,000.00.

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Full kitchen with stove and oven.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    43

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    1,200 to 1,500

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Our parts department delivers parts out to the technicians. We have 7 dedicated parts personal for our technicians.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Family vehicles can be worked on with service manager approval.

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We offer factory training both inhouse and away at school.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We promote from within. We also offer a technician apprentice program for technicians either in school or recently graduated. Our Technician Apprentice Program is a 3 year program, with hourly pay with a starting salary of $23.00 per hour if applicant meets the requirements to enter the program.   • Can you describe your performance review process?

    We perform a 90 day performance review for newly hired employees. The Company completes Quarterly performance reviews with an additional annual performance review.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We have a safety committee that meets monthly.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We offer a technician apprentice program for technicians either in school or recently graduated. Our Technician Apprentice Program is a 3 year program, with hourly pay with a starting salary of $23.00 per hour if applicant meets the requirements to enter the program.   • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    Yes

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We work with both Local and Trade schools to encourage students to apply for our Apprentice program.

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    The areas premier truck service center and enhance electrification facility.

  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    3 to 5 minutes

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    We perform both phone screen and in person interviews.

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    The applicant will meet the service manager, shop foreman, production manager and lead mentor.

  • Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

    We perform both back ground checks and pre-employment drug screening.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    During the interview process the applicant will meet with the Shop foreman, Production manager and Lead Mentor.

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    Within 5 days.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    Five to Ten days.

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000/year

    Flat Rate with Bonus

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000/year

    Flat Rate with Bonus

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $75,000/year

    Flat Rate with Bonus as well as Hourly plans

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $25,000 - $45,000/year

    Hourly/productive with Bonus

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $125,000/year

    Salary and Bonus plan

  • Service Manager
    Pay Range: $90,000 - $175,000/year

    Salary+

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $25,000 - $38,000/hour

    Hourly +

  • Collision Technician - A Level
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $150,000/year

  • Collision Technician - B Level
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $85,000/year

    RF with Bonus

  • Collision Painter
    Pay Range: $75,000 - $175,000/year

  • Collision Prepper
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $45,000/year
