We divide our shop by skill level with teams numbering from 3 to 7 members
We are open from 7:30 am until 7:00pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. Your shifts would depend on your team but we offer flexible schedules to try to accommodate our employees request.
We provide all manufacturer required special tools as well as traditional brake and tire maintenance equipment.
We have 2 break rooms on premises each with microwaves and seating for between 16 and 24 people.
We have 30 service bays
We average 1100 repair orders per month and nearly 70% of or work mix is customer pay
We have a large inventory with most common parts in stock. Should you need to order a part we are able to get them the next day. Often they are delivered and available prior to the start of the work day.
You may work on immediate families vehicles on your off time with proper documentation and prior approval from management.
We are a seasoned team with experienced shop leadership which ensures an efficient and fair work environment.
All employees are expected to maintain their training requirements and encouraged to take additional training as available. All approved training is paid for by the dealership and the employee is compensated for his training time.
We want every team member to accel to the highest of their capabilities. We evaluate their abilities and continually encourage them to move to the next level.
We perform 3 reviews a year and employees are evaluated on performance, ability and teamwork.
We have a comprehensive program which is administered by both an in house safety committee as well as an independent 3rd party which performs both training and inspections.
We have multiple mentors. The mentor program is geared toward the less experience technicians but in many cases will continue for 5 plus years and take an entry level technician all the way to a senior technician.

Several of our team members sit on the advisory boards of the local high school and technical schools as well as local independent trade schools.
Our customer base continues to grow each year and we will continue to expand our service capabilities to serve these new customers. We expect to increase our work force by 5 technicians and 1 service advisor in the next 3 years.

There is not a formal skills assessment but technician applicants will spend time with senior technical staff to better understand the applicants ability.
There are several steps to our hiring process. After the initial interview a candidate should know if they are being advanced to the next stage within 24 hours.
