We have 4 parts countermen. They are highly trained and proficient in the brand.
Family vehicles can be worked on with Service Manager approval.
Chapman offers a strong one on one mentorship program, factory web based training and in school training.

Our shop mentor works side by side with the entry level technicians. He will start by teaching techs the very basics and continue on an individualized career path at a comfortable pace for the apprentice.
