Advisors source the parts locally based on quality, availability, and then price. We want to get the part in the techs hand ASAP so not to delay progress on repairs.
Immediate family only. An RO must be created to protect the technician incase of injury.
We will invest in tools and training for the individual. The only thing that is left up to the individual is time - they must invest time.
We are growing from 2 shops to 3 and all positions have the potential for growth.
Performance reviews happen every year and often more frequently. If an individual has increased the skills and abilities of one self then they will be approached and offered better compensation often without asking for it.
Standard Automotive Safety Training
On the job training is a daily activity. Yonger techs may be paired up with a more skilled experienced tech or a peer may offer a something he/she has learned.
We are passionate about our support with a non profit Ellies Hats that supports children and families that have young ones diagnosed cancer. We also do work with a local food bank at WFCM. We do turkey drives for families around thanksgiving, and we support Angel Tree through the Salvation Army.

Lube technicians are the same as apprentice techs at our shop. They are one of our favorites as we love to develop young people and help them create a career out of the automotive industry. We start them off with a tool box and tools, along with relevant training to accelerate the individual. Time is spent with B and A techs to learn the skills needed to grow.
