We are open 7-7 Monday - Friday and 8-4 on Saturday. Shifts are 4 10"S or 5 8's.

We are the busiest shop in the NORTHWEST! We are a family owned dealership group that treats our employees like family. We like to have fun while staying busy. 40% of our employees have been with Carr for 10 years or more!
We offer Subaru training and a wonderful internship program. We also pay for all ASE training.
Many of our techs start as Car porters and are quickly moved into our lube department. If they find they like it, they are moved into our internship program in the main shop and work their way up until they reach Mast Tech status.

As an Lube Technician you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. -Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters -Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs -Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs. -Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current and abreast of changing technology. -Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools. Qualifications: -Prior automotive repair experience preferred.
