Our main shops are both Heated and Air Conditioned, our Quick Service is not but has doors on both sides with fans, and our medium duty truck shop is not but has fans.

Shop hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm Saturdays 7:30am - 6:00pm No Sundays! Technician hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Every other Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm No Sundays!

All major speciality tools are provided, we have shop MDI and laptops. Technicians can purchase their own scan tool (MDI) through payment plan (payroll deduction). Technicians are required to own tools and toolbox.

We are going through a remodel, but currently we have a TV, its air conditioned, microwave, refrigerator, sink, vending machines, we provide bottled water to employees.

Side work for personal profit is not allowed. Technicians my work on their own or family members vehicles with an open RO with authorization from Service Director after business hours.

Dealership pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off site including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

We have a great career path set for our technicians. If you come in with less experience you start in Quick Service for 6 months to a year, we setup you up with a mentor to continue trainings with a senior technician. If you decide it's not what you want to do, you can switch to other roles such as lot porter to work into being a service advisor. Our service director started as a technician when entering into the automotive industry at Ford dealership.

We look at technician productivity, hours at work vs. actual hours turned. We want all our technicians to be highly productive with as many opportunities as possible.

Safety Training is required upon hire, KPA training provided during new hire process and reviewed annually.

If less experienced we will start you in Quick Service while you complete online trainings once fundamentals are complete you can start branching out to work on electrical, brakes etc. Once we feel comfortable we relocate you into shop and we setup you with a like minded technician to continue trainings and gain hands on experience.

We work with local trade schools, high schools, and local colleges. We work with Mid Florida Tech on job shadows for students and career advancement.

Major growth in our area! We have invested in EV charge station for the new GMC Hummer and multi-million dollar shop expansion. We add on Medium Duty commercial fleet. We are growing at a high speed with no shortage of work or any signs of slowing down.

Our application is a paper form that usually takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

We prefer to do in-person interviews. If candidate is out of state if its a situational basis if we need to do phone screens or even Zoom Meetings we will accommodate.

In-person interviews include a sit down interview with service director where he goes over career goals, general questions on background, go over candidates certifications, and generally want to find out if you're a good fit. It also includes a shop tour and introduction to General Manager/Owner Operator if available. It can be 30 minutes or more.

We require criminal, MVR and drug screens. We are a drug free work place.

A verbal assessment is done during the interview.

Can be in person or up to next day based on interview and background checks.

Can be up to a week, depending on background checks and drug screens results coming back.
