We have individualized natural gas radiant tube heaters. 1 heater per 2 technicians. We also have 3 large 18 foot ceiling fans.
We currently have a total of 28 technicians. If you are an express team member, you would be working with 1 partner.
Our current shop hours are 8am to 5pm for technicians. We are also open on Saturdays and have a revolving schedule for that.
We have all the current Toyota tools., on car brake lathes, tire mounting and balancing machines, alignment machine, etc. Our technician tool boxes are supplied.
We have a tech break room with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, tables, sink, flat screen tv, and 2 snack machines.

We average approximately 4,000 repair orders per month.
We have a centrally located parts department. There are 2 dedicated part professional that help the shop technicians at the back counter.
We do not allow side work at the shop. If it is a relative, and some work needs to be done, we ask you to check with the service manager first. We charge our employees only 10% over cost on parts and half retail rate for labor if they were to do work in our shop.
We are a family owned business with an owner that really cares about our employees. We are very proud that we have partnered with the United Way to make our community a better place to live. We love to have luncheons, and BBQ's to celebrate our success and share all the victories with the employees.
We offer Toyota in person training only 1 hour away. We pay for your time when you are in person training at the facility in Portland. We also have Toyota emodules to further your knowledge. We have in person training on site using our Toyota trained dispatcher/shop foreman.
We love to promote from within, and there are many positions in which to grow.
We review all of our employees at least once per year., usually between January and March. We talk about your goals and how we can help you accomplish them.
We have safety training done by an outside company that everyone must attend. Chemicals, lift training, etc.
We have a ex Toyota trainer on staff to help with training and our seasoned master technicians are always eager to help.
We are involved with United Way and our local schools and philanthropic organizations that help in our area.
We sponsor and help out our local high schools with equipment, engines, transmissions, etc.
We are an ever expanding shop. We have one of the highest retention of our customers in our 5 state region. We sell many new and certified Toyotas so we have plenty of work to keep us busy, and we keep growing every year.
We believe that the service department is the life blood of the dealership and we continue to drive to make everyone better. You can never have too much involvement in our community or each other.

We utilize, as a partner, Hireology. They do background checks and other behind the scenes checks for us, we also perform drug screening
We do not do a skill assessment, but we do have a 2 part interview system with existing technicians or our shop foreman.
You would have an answer within 2 days after the drug screening and back ground checks were completed.
The process takes anywhere from 5 to 8 days., beginning to end.
Master or MDT level technician. Diagnosing hybrid vehicle issues, doing suspension work, also light diagnosis and repairs, brake work. Opens the door to all the Toyota in person training and emodules. If you are a Toyota Master or Toyota MDT, if you are with us all year, we pay a $5,000 bonus at the end of every year (Dec. 5th) for maintaining that certfication for all year. If you are with us a partial year, we prorate that amount. We understand that getting to that point in your career takes alot of work, and we like to reward technicians for achieving this goal.
Medium duty technician that would be doing brake work, fuel services, light diagnosis and repairs, some suspension work. More training would happen at this level., and more Toyota emodules to complete. Working our way to sending the tech to Toyota in person training.
A step above the express technician, this position allows for training time, ie: how to do a proper brake job, etc. This is a flat rate position that, at a minimum, you will flag 8 hours per day. In our shop there are plenty of opportunities to make money.
This position is hourly, (currently $14.00 per hour) with a bonus plan based on the teams percentage. We work with 2 person teams and train on the Toyota way to do a complete express service, quickly and efficiently.
