    Training and certification is reviewed constantly. Attainment of higher certification status is directly tied to compensation increases

    All Master level techs utilize assistance from less experienced techs. It is the responsibility of younger techs to take the initiative to work with older techs.

    Contributions to local organizations

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    Our shop works with local Tech institute to provide components to assist with training. We attend annual meetings and class competitions. We also hire coop students from local tech schools.

    Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000/year

    Flat rate with Toyota Master or Toyota Master Diagnostic Status

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000/year

    Flat rate with Toyota Expert status in 1-4 categories

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $35,000 - $55,000/year

    Flat rate based on Toyota certification level

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $35,000/year

    Hourly rate with production incentive

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $85,000/year

    Hourly rate including overtime plus weekly individual commission and monthly team commission

  • Service Manager
    Pay Range: $85,000 - $130,000/year
