  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    Paper application, only takes a couple minutes to complete

    Interview is done with the owner and his partner. Discussion includes qualifications, certifications, work history and career goals. We also try and get to know the technician to see if they fit our shops culture.

    No formal background check, or drug screenings.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    Diagnostic scanners, lifts, jacks stands, specialty equipment

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Our ordering process is done by both the service advisors and technicians. We will get parts as soon as possible to get repairs complete.

    We are a family owned and operated shop that has been servicing our local community for almost 40 years. The majority of our staff has spent most of their career with us because to us technicians are not just a number, but apart of our team. We also have received over 1,800 5-Star reviews from current and past customers!!!!

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We highly encourage technicians to stay up-to-date in our changing industry. We will pay for techs to attend classes after hours, and look into any classes that are brought to our attention.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We are are always willing to train a tech, and send them to classes to help with their career growth. Discussions on career goals, and a career path, can be discussed. We will take junior techs and help convert them into senior technicians at a pace that works for them.

    No formal review process.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    No formal safety training.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    Advanced technicians will work beside more junior technicians when time allows. They can help with repairs and answer any additional questions.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    We sponsor local sporting teams, and our chamber of commerce.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    Not currently

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    We are always looking to improve as a company, while putting the best technicians around us. This includes staying current with new car technology, and keeping a high customer satisfaction rating. If we succeed as a company everyone benefits.

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000/year

    Position is commission based dependent on labor hours

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000/year

    Position is commission based dependent on labor hours

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000/year

    Position is commission based dependent on labor hours

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year

    Salary position. Compensation will vary depending on experience in the industry.
