Mon-Fri 6am-7pm Sat 7am-5pm Sun 7am-3pm. Shifts: Mon- Fri 6-4, 7-5 and 9-7. Sat 7-5 Sun 7-3
Toolbox provided, all Scan tools, Specialized Tools from Honda, and Laptop. Tool relocation and Catastrophe Tool Insurance provided by shop
Breakroom with Fridge, Microwave, Toaster oven, Ice Machine, Coffee Machine, and seating for up to 12 at a time.

Customer pay average RO’s written per month is 3650, does not include Warranty or Internal.
For Honda parts if ordered by 1pm will be in next day by 7am, we also try to source from other dealerships and aftermarket if available.
Techs are allowed to work on their own vehicles in the shop, with an Open Repair Order and not during their scheduled shifts based on skill level. IE: if you are an Express Tech and are not certified for anything other than Oil/Rotates then that is what you are allowed to work on in the shop. Only with Foreman supervision can more work be done on your own vehicle. Side work on friends and family cars is not permitted; all work must go through the shop as a customer vehicle.
We have a Bistro that serves breakfast and lunch. All technicians are given 1 used car day a month when they start, then 2 used car days once they reach 50% testing for the factory, then 3 used car days a month once testing % is @ 80%.
Training is available from entry level Express Techs to Main Shop Technicians. Online and offsite manufacturer training with classroom and practical application offered as well. We pay for A.S.E. Certification reimbursement.
We always look to promote from within and train staff as leaders. If our staff would like to grow into different roles/departments, we will work with them on a training plan.
Technicians’ hours are posted weekly. We base raises off factory testing percentage, productivity and fixed right the first-time scores.
In house and online safety training provided
Our more seasoned technicians will help new techs learn the ropes. We encourage younger techs to ask questions, and to not be afraid of seeking help.
We always try to help our community when possible, whether it be sponsoring events or working with schools.

We are in the process of budgeting for more bays to be built in 2022. Each year we plan to increase our customer work by 10-12% so, in 5 years, that will put us over 5500 customer pay RO’s a month.
We have an in-house technician trainer that is Master Certified and has been with Brandon Honda for 25 years. We not only train entry level techs from our Express department but he also works with Technicians of all levels.

In- Person interviews consist of interviewing with the Shop Foreman, Service Manager and/or Service Director and Shop trainer. We do a walk-through so you can meet the team and see the shop. We also ask candidates to come hang out on a Saturday for a bit to see the flow of the drive and the process.
