    We do not have an application form, we have applicants submit there resume.

    There are about 12 technicians on each shift.

    We offer 3 day work weeks from 7am - 8 pm.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    We have three tool cribs with tire machines and brake lathes in each one, We have two alignment machines.

    Full break room with 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators and a flat screen tv

    36

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    2800

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Technicians fill out a multi point inspection through ASR and send it to parts department to add parts pricing and availability.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Technicians are allowed to use the shop on there days off as long as they check in with the service manager and have a RO opened on the vehicle before it enters the shop.

    Yes, we enroll every technician in Toyota's training class.W

    We offer paid training for all technicians in hope that they will continue to strengthen there skills and move ahead.

    We do yearly reviews.

    KPA training

    We encourage all younger techs to work with our master techs to help them advance in there skills.

    We sponsor our local high school football team.

    We offer High school vocational class tours.

    Pay Range: $70,000 - $120,000/year

    Flat rate $1000.00 Sign on bonus after 90 days.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $90,000/year

    Flat rate $1000.00 Sign in bonus after 90 days

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $40,000 - $70,000/year

    Flat rate $750.00 Sign in bonus after 90 days

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $45,000/year

    Hourly and Flat Rate options available $300.00 Sign in bonus after 90 days.
