  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    Yes, Paper form that takes about 30 min. to complete

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    Yes, We try to gauge the level of interest and set a time to meet in person

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    We like to get to know the applicant, background, family, hobbies. Review their resume and tour the facility with introductions to department leaders and employees

  • Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

    Yes, all applicants will have a pre-employment physical, lift test and drug screen.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    No

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    24-48 hours

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    Typically 3-5 days to get physical and drug screen results.

    Most work is preformed individually unless size and scope of work requires more manpower.

    Monday - Friday 7:00-5:00, with staggered 1 hour lunches. Alternating Saturdays 8:00-12:00 Additional overtime as customer work load requires.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    All special tools above and beyond technician's basic tools, laptops, sledgehammers, lift equipment, jack stands, work benches, electrical equipment

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    Our beak room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and sink, table and chairs.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    Our new facility is 75' X 100' with two 25' X 100' drive thru bays and a 25' X 100' center bays for smaller equipment. includes 5 Ton overhead crane that spans the entire area.

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    Work in process ranges from 75 to 100 work orders. We pride ourselves with excellent turn around times for our customers and invoice the work orders as soon as machines are picked up.

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Technicians are trained how to look up the parts they need, list the part #'s needed on a parts order form and submit to the service manager who submits form to the parts counter. The parts department pulls and delivers the parts to the shop.

  • What is your policy on side work?

    We expect full time employees to devote their entire best effort to the performance of their position with the company. While the company cannot dictate the use of an employee's personal time, any other activity must not be in competition with or contrary to the company's best interest, nor interfere with the proper and efficient performance of the employee's duties. Such action may be a cause of disciplinary action by the company.

    They are conducted annually with the owner and Service Manager basic performance review, training, and future goals.

    Understanding locations of safety equipment, required PPE and equipment operations

    Our employees are very friendly, helpful and team driven allowing side by side hands on opportunities when time allows.

    We provide equipment and displays at local 4H fairs

    We are continually developing relationships with local high schools and vocational schools.

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000/year

    Each position is straight hourly at 40 hours per week. For us, the hourly system works better than flat rate because of our work process and management style. The hourly approach allows us to focus on our customers' satisfaction rather than putting pressure on techs to turn out hours.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000/year

    Each position is straight hourly at 40 hours per week. For us, the hourly system works better than flat rate because of our work process and management style. The hourly approach allows us to focus on our customers' satisfaction rather than putting pressure on techs to turn out hours.

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $40,000/year

    Each position is straight hourly at 40 hours per week. For us, the hourly system works better than flat rate because of our work process and management style. The hourly approach allows us to focus on our customers' satisfaction rather than putting pressure on techs to turn out hours.

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour
