  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    YES Heated and AC

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    Around 30 total employees in the workshop.

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    7:30-4PM with Saturday rotations

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    Special tools From BMW

    Break room with Vending machines, microwaves, and refridgerator.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    35 work bays

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    1100 ro's

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Daily, overnight and regular stock order

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Only on employees vehicle or immediate family.

    New hires shadow a master technician for minimum of 3 months before ready to be on there own.

    We donate to local school/hospital charities.

    We provide Tuition reimbursement for technical schools up to $30k depending school.

    Opening a secondary express shop to increase tech production

    Pay Range: $75,000 - $115,000/year

    Plus Flat rate production bonus up to $5.50 extra per hour.

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000/year

    Plus Flat rate production bonus up to $5.50 extra per hour.

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $56,000/year

    Plus Flat rate production bonus up to $5.50 extra per hour.

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $35,000 - $40,000/hour
