About Us

Lithia Motors Inc. started in 1946 in Ashland, OR as a small Chrysler store and has evolved into the 2nd largest dealership group in the nation. With over 250 locations to serve our customers. BMW of Salem is in the state capitol of Oregon, less than an hour from Portland. Salem is a diverse community that is really more like a small town in a lot of ways. Very family oriented and a very welcoming community minded place to live. As the recent fires ravaged the Santiam canyon it was amazing to watch this community come together and help out in so many ways. BMW of Salem has a very stable crew, our longest term employee has been here for over 30 years and a lot of our service staff has been here for over 10 years. This building is only 5 and a half years old so pretty much everything is state of the art.
