Shop provides all BMW MFG specialty tools including computers and diagnostic software. We also provide built in tool boxes. Technicians are expected to have their own tools.
Heated and Air-conditioned break room with fridge, microwave, insta pot and TV.

We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
Our shop promotes a family atmosphere. We have a great group of experienced technicians that work well together.
Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.

Performance Reviews are each done at service manager's discretion.
Monthly safety meetings. On-line safety training at hire. Safety committee on site.

We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
Assessments may be conducted prior to offer. Background, MVR and Drug Screens are conducted after offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.
Flat Rate ASE Master Certified Technician BMW Certifications preferred.
Flat Rate Experienced Technician with most ASE's.
Flat Rate Entry Level Technician with a good aptitude, attitude and willingness to be trained.
Commission based pay plan based upon experience and performance.
