  • Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

    State of the art heated and AC facility with inground lifts.

  • What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

    18-20 technicians

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Several shifts available

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    We provide all specialty tools, each technician has there own diagnostic PC station.

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    We have a large break room with vending machine. We also have a TV microwave, and full size refrigerator.

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    22

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    2,250

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    Parts are ordered through Repair orders

  • What is your policy on side work?

    Must be immediate family

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We provide internal training for growth.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    We have several opportunities for growth and hiring within.

    We perform annual reviews

  • What type of safety training is required?

    We provide safety training through KPA

    New techs are assigned a master technician as a mentor

    Yes, Technicians also have the ability to start same day.

    Conversation, compatibility assessment

    Yes, Technicians also have the ability to start same day with a contingency letter.

    No

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    Immediately

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    Technicians also have the ability to start same day by signing a contingency letter.

  • A Level Technician
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $120,000/year

    Master Level technician with Hybrid certification

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $40,000 - $80,000/year

    Certified Level technician

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $0 - $50,000/year

    Associate Level technician

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $90,000/year
