    -An application is available online or in paper form and takes an average of 5 minutes to complete.

    -An interview entails speaking with a Fixed Operations Director, Service Manager, and Quick Lane Service Manager.

    -Yes, these checks are done for prospective candidates.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    -No

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    -Usually a notification will be given immediately after the interview.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    -The full hiring process can be completed in 3-5 days.

    -7:30-5:30 (Monday-Friday) -7:30-5:00 (Saturday); shift every fourth Saturday

    -All Ford required special service tools are provided.

    -Yes, includes a refrigerator and microwave

    -61

    -2,350

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    -Techs will order their own parts through the back counter. Most parts can be delivered overnight.

    -No side work allowed.

  • Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

    -Currently, we are building a $20 million state-of-the-art facility. This will be a full climate controlled facility with all major equipment provided.

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    -Yes, entry level to senior master technicians are provided training opportunities through our Ford company program.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    -We are always looking to promote from within. Group leaders give input on performance and we assist with any costs related to training & advancement.

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    -Every two months, an employee will sit down with a group leader to review production and training.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    -Yes, there is an online annual certification safety training.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    -Seasoned techs are given the opportunity to mentor younger techs if wanted.

    -We partner with local schools, both visiting the schools and giving students the chance to visit our shop.

    Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000/year

    -Flat-rate system, pay is dependent on hours flagged

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $48,000 - $70,000/year

    -Flat-rate system, pay is dependent on hours flagged

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $30,000 - $48,000/year

    -Flat-rate system, pay is dependent on hours flagged

  • Lube Technician
    Pay Range: $24,000 - $30,000/year

    -Hourly during training process

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000/year

    -Base + Commission

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $12 - $15/hour
