    Yes, our application takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

    No, we perform in-person interviews only.

    Brief meeting for candidate to introduce themselves and tell us about their experience.

    Background checks are done.

    This varies depending on the situation and the candidate's level.

    Teams are 5-10 people in size.

  • What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

    Shop hours are 7:00-7:00 Mon-Fri and Saturdays until 6:00pm. Shifts are flexible and rotating.

  • What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

    We provide tool boxes, lifts, special service tools. Techs are required to have basic type tools.

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    We have a large break room with standard amenities (table, chairs, etc).

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    28

    3000

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    We use an electronic parts ordering system. If parts are not available right away, we usually get them within 1 day.

    Only with manager approval.

    Yes, we encourage techs to take both online and in-person training when offered. We may be able to support techs with in-person training opportunities. On-the-job skills training also provided.

    Factory training, ASE support, State inspector license support, on the job training.

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    It is done 90 days after hire and then case by case.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    HAZMAT, OSHA

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We have team leaders that mentor and train the younger techs. The younger techs are taught in a hands-on environment.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We try to support local schools by recruiting students, attending job fairs, and partnering in other ways when possible.

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    We see the shop having 25+ techs and extended hours to accommodate customer demand.

  • Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

    We do Co-Op with local tech schools on a regular basis. Almost 100% of these students end up working with us after they graduate!

    Flat Rate with production bonuses

    Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000/year

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $0 - $0/year

    Flat Rate

  • Service Advisor
    Pay Range: $31,000 - $150,000/year

    Production based commission
