Lithia Motors Inc. started in 1946 in Ashland, OR as a small Chrysler store and has evolved into the 3rd largest dealership group in the nation. With over 200 locations to serve our customers. Baierl Subaru is located in the North Hill just north of Pittsburgh, PA. Our dealership has grown quickly to become the number 1 Subaru dealer in western PA. We have a beautiful new store and our volume allows our techs to continually achieve 120% production. We have a great team atmosphere and do monthly store lunches provided by management.
We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Applicants are phone screened by a recruiter and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled with the service manager.
One on one question and answer with the service manager and shop foreman if available.
We conduct a background check and a drug screening prior to offer.
There are some assessments that are performed on line.
We try to keep in contact with our candidates and a rejection or offer is usually made within a week.
Depending on the number of applicants it usually takes less than a week.

M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM S 8:00 am - 4:00 PM Techs rotate every 4 weeks : M 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, T-F 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM S 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. off following Friday, Sat, Sun.
All Subaru Factory Tools including laptops and diagnostics software. Technicians are expected to have their own hand tools and tool box. Also provided: Spring Compressor, Hydraulic Press, Jacks/Jack stands, torches, engine stands and transmission jacks.
Breakroom with kitchen and tv.
Techs request parts electronically from parts department.
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.

Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including : Travel, Lodging, Food, and time at class.
