The shop is heated during colder months, and has 2 giant portable A/C units to keep it comfortable during warmer months
We have over 30 full time employees in all roles at our shop. We currently have 4 technicians but will ideally grow to 6 techs.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm -Overtime may be earned before or after these hours No weekends!
We have multiple scan tools, press, floor jacks, ac machine, engine hoist, transmission jack, and many other tools available as needed.
There is a break room facility with standard amenities such as a table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and a separate technician-only restroom close by.
We currently have 9 bays, but are expanding and will have 13 bays in a few weeks. Each tech has access to 2 bays!

Technicians do not have to order parts at all, making it as easy as possible on them - an administrative assistant handles ordering.

We are currently adding on more bays, and each technician has access to 2 bays for work. We are a fast-paced shop with constant work available. We have an unlimited number of cars to work on as we are always buying and selling cars and doing repairs. If you're looking for consistent work and non-stop opportunities, look no further!
Yes, we encourage training and skill building! Our shop will pay for any training as needed.
Newer technicians will be able to watch technicians of higher skill level work, and will be able to grow their skill level within our shop. Due to our hourly pay structure, techs can always watch and learn from others while never feeling they are falling behind. We want our techs to be comfortable with the work they're doing.
We perform annual reviews, and any other coaching as needed. We conduct a 30-60-90 day follow-up with new hires.
A safety review is performed with Human Resources several times per year, and can be done additionally as needed. Any needed safety equipment is available as well.

We are very involved in the community! Our shop leadership serves on several local boards. We financially donate to a variety of community organizations, including the YMCA and orphanages, and sponsor local sports teams. We are involved with food drives and an annual backpack drive for kids (giving 1,000 backpacks away each year!), just to name a few things.
We have met with several local trade schools to build a partnership, and would love to increase our collaboration. Currently, we have a student from the local trade school working with us!
We hope to continuously grow the size of our workforce, make our facility the best possible place for our staff to work, and expand our business as much as possible!

We have an application that takes no more than 10 minutes to complete.
We almost always phone screen applicants to better understand general information such as their work experience and availability.
We will get to know the candidate better by asking questions about their past employment, how they have worked with former employers, and their skills & experience. We also conduct a short assessment about diagnostic codes. Afterward, we may provide a tour of the shop and premises, introduce them to other staff, and answer any questions or concerns they have. The whole process can take 30-45 minutes.
