The 32,000 square-foot facility will be opened in Raynham.

    We have a fully staffed parts department that will help you get what you need to get the truck back on the road

    Located in our Shrewsbury, MA headquarters, our fully staffed training facility offers year round training opportunities. With our own in house trainers we're able to keep our technicians up to speed around our changing market.

    We promote actively from within, whether you start off in parts or our service department we can utilize your skillset anywhere!

  • Can you describe your performance review process?

    We provide new hires a 60 and 90-day review process. Following that we typically hold reviews every 6 months to 1 year.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    As a part of our growing network, we have a Safety director and location based safety teams that help to keep our work environment safe.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    We are very fortunate to have a talent base of technicians with years of experience in the industry. Because of their wisdom and willingness to teach, we're able to bring green techs into ATG and give them a hands-on education to get them up and running faster.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    Through our company initiative, Haulin' 4 Hunger, all of our locations across the network patriciate in quarterly contributions of food to our local food banks and shelters. At the end of the year, all locations also donate full meals.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    Through our job shadowing and apprenticeship programs, ATG is committed to bringing more high school and technical students into the industry. Whether you want to turn a wrench or complete inventory, we have a space for you!

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    Growing to be a larger part of the our local communities and municipalities.

  • Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

    We do have an online application form that we do ask people to complete. But we do accept walk ins, referrals, and on the spot interviews. The online application should only take 5 minutes to complete.

  • Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

    We prefer in-person interviews, but if needed we will do a phone screening with the hiring manager.

  • What do your in-person interviews entail?

    For in-person interviews you will meet with the hiring manager, answer a few questions, and get a tour of the facilities and potential co-workers.

  • Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

    We preform backgrounds checks and a drug and alcohol screening on candidates.

  • Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

    No

  • After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

    We pride ourselves on not "ghosting" candidates. Therefore we are committed to getting an answer to you within 2 weeks.

  • Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

    From submitting to hiring, the whole process can take upwards of 4 weeks.

    Pay Range: $74,000 - $93,000/year

    Top level technicians

  • B Level Technician
    Pay Range: $56,000 - $74,000/year

    Mid level technicians

  • C Level Technician
    Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,000/year

    Low level technicians

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    Pay Range: $15 - $16/hour

    ATG offers apprenticeship, co-op, internship opportunities across our 8 locations.

    Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour ($0.01 - $0.01/hr)

Retirement Plan Offered The company match will be a 100% match of your contribution up to 4% of your salary. The company match will be considered a “Safe Harbor” match under IRS regulations. One of the key benefits of a safe harbor match is that it is immediately 100% vested to employees.
Sick Leave Offered We over 40 hours of sick leave per year to employees.
Vacation Offered We have a tiered vacation leave plan for employees. In your first year you receive a prorated amount. On the new year following your first year after hire date you will receive 80 hours of vacation until your 9th year of employment. In your 10th to 14th year of employment you will receive 120 hours to use. After your 15th year of employment you will receive 160 hours of vacation time to use through the end of the year. Any unused vacation time at the end of the year will be paid out.
Paid Holidays Offered We offer 6 paid holidays: Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas New Years
ST / LT Disability Offered We offer both short-term (at 60% of your pay) and long-term disability. This is a COMPANY PAID benefit, meaning it's free for you! We also offer optional benefits through Colonial Life where we pay the administrative fees.
Life Insurance Offered We provide 2 life insurance policies through Lincoln Life, both in the amount of $50,000.00. This is also a COMPANY PAID benefit, meaning it's free for you!
Uniforms Offered All technicians will receive a company provided uniform. All other positions receive t-shirts and other apparel.
Other Offered We provide our employees additional benefits at no charge to them. Some of the most utilized benefits are our employee assistance program as well as our yearly passes and discount program. Currently that program is centered around amusement parks!
