The shop is open 7am to 8pm. Shift times can vary by employee. Most employees work 4-5 day weeks depending on schedule.
Shop provides Hyundai technical shop tools. Employees can bring in their own tools. Additional tools are also available for purchase.

Technician performance is continually monitored by management. Semi-annual performance reviews are summited for each technician by the Service Manager, noting progress and performance.

Many technicians start as apprentices. This means that they will be paired with a more experienced technician whom they will work alongside to learn and grow and advance their skills. The master tech and the apprentice tech will work together daily to ensure quality work and learning is being completed.

Yes, we provide an electronic application form. The application form takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Once the application is completed the potential employee will then complete a Caliper Assessment which takes 15-20 minutes.
No, in most cases, the employee is invited in for an in-person interview.
In-person interviews typically occur at our dealership where the potential hire will sit down with multiple management personnel. Typically the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager and/or the Fixed Operations Director is present for in-person interviews. A few basic questions are asked, including what the potential hire is looking for in the job, what hours and days he or she can work, and what he or she values in a job.
Yes. Background checks as well as drug screening and personality tests are required for each employee prior to hiring.
We preform a Caliper assessment on all new hires. This is a form of a personality test that allows us to learn more about the employees personality, work style, interests and more. This assessment also records problem solving skills and the employees ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities • The parts clerk/warehouse associate is responsible to act as the principle person in charge of the receipt of the inventory as it is received • Check in and stock all orders upon receipt • Notify the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing from any type of order • Ensure all parts shelves stocked using the space available in an efficient manner • Maintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts • Notify the appropriate service manager when the special order parts that were ordered for their team have been received • Notify the parts manager of special order parts that were ordered by the retail or wholesale counter • Maintain a backorder file • Assist in picking up emergency orders and making deliveries • Ensure that all the shipping requirements of that company have been met • Follow federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information • Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards • Process paperwork on a timely basis • Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed
