    Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

    Tools 1" or greater are provide by Allegiance

  • What type of break room facility is provided?

    We have a break room in the facility that is heated/air conditioned for everyone to use

  • How many bays does your shop have?

    16

  • How many repair orders do you average per month?

    40

  • What is your parts ordering process?

    We use Procede to communicate with our parts team when ordering. If that doesn't fill the need our technicians will go to our designated parts person for help

    We have a great Team environment

  • Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

    We offer WEB and ILT training for all of our technicians.

  • Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

    As a tech you have an opportunity to move into a lead tech (Foreman) role, moving on to a Service Writer, to Service Manager. We also have growth opportunities on the parts side, where a tech can transition to counter sales, outside parts sales, Parts Manager.

    Our performance reviews are yearly. We look at the whole picture from Attendance to proficiency

  • What type of safety training is required?

    All of our employees go through safety training on our KPA website.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    Our younger techs in Hudson work with our shop Foreman. Our shop Foreman consistently trains and mentors all of our techs.

    We're working toward improving on working with our local community.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We're working towards improving our relationships with local schools and tech schools to improve and encourage students into our profession.

    We see ourselves becoming the leader in sales and service in the Hudson Valley for Navistar products and more.

    No. We choose in person interviews

    Discussions on tech history, certifications, experience. We also are gauging tech input, body language. Looking at how engaged they are in the interview process.

    We drug screen and do background checks. No on personality tests.

    No

    If the interview goes well, we'll make an offer at that time.

    I would say it all depends on tech interview availability. The sooner we can connect the sooner the decision is made
