About Us

Welcome to Aeschbach Automotive! We serve Madison, WI & Middleton, WI as the top choice for honest and friendly automotive repair and service in the area since 2009. At our auto repair shop in Middleton, WI, our ASE certified technicians are highly trained and experienced working on all makes and models of vehicles. We offer an outstanding in-house and nationwide 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on most repairs. We also offer a free shuttle service for local customers and have free loaner vehicles available for major repairs. We are an 11 bay shop with 5 technicians, 2 writers, 1 CSR. We are always looking for friendly people that are passionate about the auto industry to join the team!

    We have the latest tools and technology and are always willing to get other tools to make you be able to be your best. Diagnostic equipment, hoists, basic tools ect.....

    We are willing to train and help you achieve the career you want! Working with our experienced technicians and getting hands on experience will help both the technician with their skills and the continued growth of our shop. As technicians improve on their skills there is always advancement opportunities.

    90 Day, during the beginning as well checklists to mark off once completed and signed off by senior tech.

  • What type of safety training is required?

    Once a year an insurance inspector comes to the shop and does a walk through and gives recommendations. Beyond that, we do onsite light training. Nothing that would involve a class or much extra time.

  • Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

    When time allows it we encourage our younger technicians to work with our higher level technicians. Asking questions, and getting hands on in the repair process is something we encourage to help younger technicians achieve their potential.

  • How does your shop get involved with the local community?

    Participate in charity boards, give a way cars to the less fortunate, we try and help out anyway we can in our community.

  • Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

    We are opened to the idea, we haven't in the past but we would be open to it in the future.

  • Where do you see the shop in five years?

    We see our shop and client list getting bigger every year. Adding additional technicians of all different levels with be important in the growth of our shop.

    - Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000/year

    We have a tiered flat rate system, depending on hours booked it will put you in a different tier of pay. A-Level Techs can make into the six figures with our payment structure if their willing to bill and work the hours.

  • B Level Technician
    - Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000/year

    Hourly pay

  • C Level Technician
    - Pay Range: $35,000 - $45,000/year

    Hourly pay

  • Lube Technician
    - Pay Range: $30,000 - $40,000/year

    Hourly pay

  • Service Advisor
    - Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year

    Base rate, plus bonus

  • Service Manager
    - Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year

    Base rate, plus bonus

  • Student Tech / Apprentice
    - Pay Range: $12 - $15/hour
