The shop is kept comfortable year-round, and we have fans to cool off when needed.
We have 6 mechanics (planning to grow our team to have 10-15 techs), detailers, and office staff.
Monday - Friday with some Saturdays Shifts are flexible and may be 6:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm
Most major equipment is provided
Our break room is air conditioned and includes normal amenities, such as table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, etc. We always keep a fully stocked refrigerator, along with having water and sports drinks around! There is a provided budget for food, so we aim to have a weekly catered lunch.
We are currently using 10 bays but have up to 25 to use as we grow our team.

We have a dedicated Parts Manager who will order parts when needed. Parts are usually received same-day, and we aim to make the process as efficient as possible for technicians and out service staff.
No side work done at the shop.
We do the work we do, and create the environment we're making, to take better care of our customers. We believe in having a culture where staff can mentor others in a supportive, positive environment. We are genuinely trying to create the best shop anyone has ever worked in!
We encourage training for our staff! We will work with our technicians and try to get them connected with the right training, based on the skills and knowledge they're looking to build. We will hire the most junior techs and provide on-the-job training as needed, along with helping them be successful taking certification classes. Also, we will provide interest-free loans to our technicians for purchasing equipment & tools.
We are happy to hire junior technicians - or technicians of any skill level - and help them grow with us. We are a growing company that expects to open more locations throughout Texas and the southeast, and there would be opportunities for our staff at these new locations in the future.
We implement a continuous feedback process to help coach staff, while helping them learn on the job. Our shop has a team mentorship atmosphere where you will be able to regularly learn from the techs around you.
Safety is a priority at our shop. Safety training is provided as needed, individually and as a group. Our shop layout has been planned based on safety and efficiency, to make work as smooth as possible for our staff.
On-the-job training is provided so younger techs can learn from seasoned techs in our team-oriented shop. Our technicians have a wide variety of skillsets to work on a variety of auto makes and models, but as we work on a narrower selection of vehicles compared to other shops, younger techs can learn best practices quicker.
We help customers to give them the car they need, in even better shape than before. We strive to provide the best auto experience to our community members, including those of underserved populations.
We hope to partner more with schools in the future.
Our shop will be larger than it is today! The shop is at the forefront of our business, and it is so important that we continue to grow our shop and staff. We hope to be doing recon for a variety of dealerships along with warranty work for customers.
