Our shop is heated
We have 5 technicians (looking to add 2 more!) and 2 Service Advisors.
Shifts are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday - No weekends! Shifts include a 1 hour lunch break.

Our break room is above the shop, comfortable, and clean. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig machine, paper products... and is well stocked!

For internal ordering, technicians use a phone app to send service recommendation to Service Advisor. For customer cars, technicians fill out a hard copy form, which goes to the Service Advisor. The Service Advisor secures parts and provides them to the tech.
Technicians wanting to work on their own cars will need prior management approval and work cannot be done on the clock.

Yes! We have a training room in our dealership, and encourage online training courses while ensuring our staff have access to training catalogues. We encourage additional training if you come across any you would like to take - just let us know!
We hope to continue growing our business along with our employee's careers! We always look to promote from within, especially if additional service/management positions open up in the future.
We conduct quarterly performance reviews, and these include reviewing performance metrics and growth over each quarter. We communicate with staff regularly, so the performance reviews are not a surprise.
We hold a weekly department meeting, and once each month during that meeting, we'll discuss safety (i.e keeping work area clean, safety eyewear). Safety training is required by the state. Our shop provides gloves, safety goggles, cleaning materials, etc.
We encourage all new techs to ask questions. Our team is supportive and always willing to help teach another tech best practices or help solve an issue. We want everyone to succeed!

We hope to be growing! We have an off-site garage that is currently used for detailing and has lifts. We are ready for an expansion and adding staff. Currently we have 5 techs, 8 bays plus alignment rack, and can bring on more techs and a Service Advisor.

Yes, the phone screening is a brief conversation to get to know the candidate and ensure we can offer what they are looking for.
We spend about 20 minutes discussing the history of the dealership, our culture, and core values. We then ask the candidate questions about their skills and experience, and provide them time to ask us questions as well. There may be scenarios for the candidate to work through, allowing us to see how they problem solve. A walk-through of the shop is provided, and we'll introduce them to current staff, if available. Candidates also complete a brief paper application form in-house during this time. We hold a 2nd interview to discuss salary and benefits. This will include a second manager as well.
